Project 32: Disaster Relief for SoE, Timor, Indonesia
Destruction was unleashed on the island of Timor on April 4, 2021, with Cyclone Seroja inflicting much hardship on the island's communities. We have raised funds to help our partners in Indonesia distribute much-needed food supplies to ravaged communities as they rebuild their lives.
Hitting the island of Timor on April 4, 2021, cyclone Seroja inflicted much hardship on the island's communities, including Kupang, the island's major population center. Our partners who work in the town of Soe in East Timor have indicated that flooding has caused infrastructure damage, loss of homes, and even lost lives.
There were over 200 reported deaths, with another 70 people missing. Our partners are working with over 1,200 families who need food and nutrition relief. Thank you, Miters, for your continued generosity. You are touching lives with urgently needs supplies in their time of distress!
